TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pueblo Downtown

It is close to downtown and right near the freeway. The check-in process was easy. No hidden fees.

New hotel, all suites. Very nice, immaculately clean. Pet friendly was awesome! Rooms are spacious and my experience was relatively quiet for a Saturday night. Service was excellent for me and my group, staff was attentive to my needs. Location is great in relation to its proximity to downtown/ Riverwalk, but the gas station next door does seem to attract situations I don't really want to leave my car parked by. When I checked in a group of teenagers was throwing rocks/trash behind the gas station. Otherwise, I was comfortable walking to downtown and preferred parking in the back. Breakfast is great and it's all so clean! Would definitely stay again, the kitchenettes especially make the rooms feel right at home.

I’d stay here regularly for my last job, sometimes several weeks a month, and have always very much enjoyed my stays. Close to all the downtown restaurants and bars. There’s a huge lot on the back side of the building with a rear entrance so parking is never an issue even though they’re seemingly always fully booked. Literally the whole staff was always great to work with, everyone I’ve encountered in the last three years has been super hospitable. On my last stay, I made the mistake of booking an extra night then needed because we finished work a day early. When I left, I forgot that detail and just dropped my keys off instead of telling someone I was checking out early. The manager still refunded my last night of my reservation I didn’t use, even though it was my fault and they knew I wouldn’t be back since I switched jobs. Very appreciative of all the staff here.

I really want to give you guys 5 stars, but after cutting myself in the parking lot of the towneplace suites in Pueblo I cannot give 5 stars. This hazardous thing in the gravel should of been marked with an orange cone, or better yet cut out of the ground. Instead I had luggage in my hands could not see in front of me directly, going to the trunk of the car and instantly I got cut by sharp PVC pipe sticking out of the ground. The hotel was spot on and breakfast was just enough. I had a great time there in Pueblo and the area but please people watch out for this in the back parking lot behind the hotel.

Allow me to be the testimony that the past reviews do not represent the current . This property is amazing! Definitely in a city with limited hotel options. I have stayed at this hotel for a few months while here on business and I have had zero problems. It’s Clean, cozy, & modern. Great place to stay in Pueblo. People are kind and breakfast is pretty good. Also has a gym.

The staff was so friendly at check in. The rooms were very clean. Our dog came with is and the room luckily didn't smell like other dogs to us. The location is downtown right by the riverwalk and would be perfect walkability but I do recommend not doing so after dark. The police patrol a bit outside of the Loaf and jug that is next door.

So, I’ve now stayed at all 3 Marriotts on this downtown block. While this hotel came with absolutely zero frills, the room was up-to-date on the first floor and very quiet. Less parking than the other 2 Marriotts, but if the price happens to be right, it’s easily as nice as the other two. No pool (that I noticed?), which I think is kind of weird when it was more expensive than SpringHill… which has a great pool. Out of the 3 downtown, follow the best price available, because I had the best experience here and the best room, while other amenities were noticeably missing.
